1. How do I know my order is secure?

We only use PayPal as our payment provider to provide you with the most secure online transaction possible.

 

2. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from you?

No. If you don't have an account, simply fill in your payment information on the left side of the Paypal payment page.

 

3. What is the deadline for delivery before Christmas?

To guarantee your letter is delivered from the North Pole in time for Christmas, orders should be placed to us prior to Deember 15th.

 

4. Can I get a refund?

Absolutely. Our main goal is for you to enjoy this experience. If you aren't satisfied for any reason, simply return the letter to us for a full refund.

 

5. How much do you donate to charity?

We try to maximize the amount we donate to charity, while still managning to pay our bills. Currently we are donating a full 5% of each letter sold.

 

6. Are you really the Original provider of these letters?

Well I don't know if we are THE original, but we were doing this long before the internet opened the door for so many people to do it.

 

7. Why should I buy from you?

Good question! Simply because we are a family run business, who loves the magic of Christmas. You will also be supporting Operation Christmas Child to help children just like yours who are in need.
